Sindhu Plastics Will Reasonably Cooperate In Any Defense By You Of A Third-party Claim At Your Request And Expense. VII. Payment facility for product

purchase Only in Retail- While availing any of the payment method/s available on the website, the company, and the website, in any event, is not responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the user due to any reason. Sindhu Plastics will accept Indian currency INR payments only. The website will not be responsible or assume any liability for payments made in other currencies.

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. If the website receives an order after 2:00 pm, then the next day will be considered as the first day of delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays (including national holidays). Our delivery service providers will make two attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us. In this situation, we can refund your order amount but we will be charging a ₹100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to

bad weather
flight delays
political disruptions
other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the delivery might get delayed (beyond 10 working days can be as 10-15 or 15-20 working days). The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery We regret to inform you that currently we do not have international shipping through the website. Responsibility on post-delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, the user will be responsible for title and risk of loss for the ordered products.

Returns & Refund Policy

In case of Retail We have a 5 Days return policy (from the day of delivery) subject to the following issues only:

If there is any manufacturing defect that is hampering the optimal intended use for our products, OR
If you may have received a product that did not match the specifications mentioned on the website at the time of placing your order for example the wrong color or size, OR
If you have received a product with a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.

You have to contact the customer care center with your order details to address the issue and we’ll arrange the pickup of your shipment at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing, and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories, and invoice even though the product may have been used by you. Once we have received the returned shipment and your return has been processed, your refund amount will be processed immediately. However, kindly note that some banks take from 7 days to 21 days.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Damages due to misuse of product;
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
Digital products/services
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

Cancellation of orders by the user, website and the company.

1) In case of cancellation after a confirmed order is placed –

A.  If the basic amount of invoice is >= ₹1000 then ₹100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
B.  If the basic amount of the invoice is < ₹1000 then 10% of the basic amount of the invoice as a restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
C.  Any product brought under dynamic price scheme or discount scheme and if complete or partial order is canceled, then any discount availed will be first deducted from the refund amount and the rule 1A or 1B will be applicable.

Please note :

In the case of Wholesale

1. If there is any manufacturing defect that is hampering the optimal intended use of our products. Products can be exchanged against products, with the same bill amount.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

1. Damages due to misuse of the product
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product 3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed
4. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Performance-related issues.
6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product’s delivered.

For Any Fraudulent Activity, Sindhu Plastics And The Website Reserves The Right To Cancel All Past, Pending, And Future Orders Without Any Liability. Sindhu Plastics And The Website Also Reserves The Right To Refuse Or Cancel Orders In Scenarios Like Inaccuracies In The Pricing Of Products On The Website, Stock Unavailability, Bulk Orders, And Incomplete Information Or Address Provided By The User. The User’s Internet Protocol (IP) Will Be Logged When Placing An Order. This Is For Reasons Of Fraud Protection. Account For The Customers Falling In Fraudulent Or Loss To Business Category May Be Blocked.

VIII. GENERAL

Force Majeure: Sindhu Plastics will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, the act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict. Cessation of Operation: Sindhu Plastics may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.

Entire Agreement: The agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Sindhu Plastics and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

Effect of Waiver: The failure of Sindhu Plastics to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Delhi without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor Sindhu Plastics will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this The agreement is to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in Delhi.
