In case of Retail :

We have a 5 day return policy if: 

  • If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products
  • If you have received product in a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement: 

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  • Digital products/services
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Performance related issues.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
  • Charges for value added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable.

1) Placed the order and want to cancel? 

Please contact Customer Care using email (customersupport@parinahya.com) or phone (9811006633) to cancel your order. Please note

  1. If basic amount of invoice is >= ₹1000 then ₹100 restocking fee will be deducted  from your refund amount.  
  2. If basic amount of  invoice is < ₹1000 then 10% of basic amount of invoice as restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
  3. Any product brought under dynamic price scheme  or discount scheme and if complete or partial  order is cancelled, then any discount availed
    will be first deducted from the refund amount and the rule 1A or 1B will be
    applicable

2) Received the order and want to return your items?

In case of Wholesale

  1. If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products. Products can be exchanged against product , with the same bill amount.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement: 

  1. Damages due to misuse of product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  4. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Performance related issues.
  6. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
